We proudly stand behind the technology and products that we sell. You may return merchandise in its original condition within 30* days of receiving your order. We will refund the total sales amount minus any shipping and handling costs incurred by AscendIN.com. The merchandise must also be in new condition, packed in its original manufacturer’s box and include all original packaging material, original manuals and any accessories that came with the item.  Please be aware that the iHeater infrared heater is designed for supplemental heat purposes. Returns for any reason, other than damage will incur, a 20% restocking fee plus shipping and handling.


*Note: A Return Authorization (RA) is required prior to shipping your package back to us. We will only refund shipping costs if the return is a result of our error.

Any claims for damaged items or discrepancies (for example: missing items in your order) must be submitted to our Customer Service Department within 7 business days after delivery. You must notify Customer Service by telephone. We will not be responsible for, nor issue a refund, if notified after (7) business days.

If the return is the result of our error, we will arrange to have the item picked up via UPS or FedEx and returned to our warehouse. We will issue a complete refund minus any shipping and handling costs incurred by AscendIN.com. Any returns, other than damage, will incur a 20% restocking fee, plus shipping and handling costs incurred by AscendIN.com


The manufacturer's warranty covers replacement of any units that do not work properly for 1 year or are damaged during shipment.  With the registration card, customers have the option to extend the warranty for an additional 2 years for $39.99.


Sorry, we cannot refund shipping costs for Canadian orders.


Items that are returned in unsellable condition, are missing parts, or returned to us without authorization will not be refunded.


If a package is returned to our warehouse or undelivered for any reason by our shipping carrier, and you do not wish to have the package reshipped to you, we will refund the total sales amount minus a $35 shipping charge, plus a handling charge, and a 20% restocking fee.


How to Return An item


1. Call our Customer Service Hotline at 317-641-6300 to obtain a return merchandise authorization (RMA). We will issue RMA # for the return which you must write on the box.

2. Packing your return- Place the item in its original packaging with all documents, manuals, parts and accessories. Wrap your item carefully in the original box. Please clearly write your RA # on the outside of your box.

3. Shipping your return- If you are shipping the unit back to us on the money-back-guarantee, you as the buyer pay all shipping costs. We recommend that you insure the package and ship the item via UPS or FedEx to ensure proper tracking of your product. Please keep a receipt of the tracking number for your records. You’re responsible for seeing to it that we receive your item back in our warehouse undamaged and in good working order.

4. Upon receipt of your item, we will send you an e-mail to notify you that your return has been processed. We will issue you a credit refund minus any shipping and handling costs incurred by AscendIN.com. Please allow 14 business days for your credit refund to post to your account.

· Items must be in original packaging, in as-new condition with the packing slip, all warranty cards, manuals and accessories.
· Please allow approximately 14 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse.


When will my credit appear on my account?


If you have not received your credit within the allotted time, please contact us at 317-641-6300.  Once credit has been applied, it can take up to 14 business days to appear on your credit card account, depending on your credit card company.


Credit Time Table


· RETURNS - Please allow 14 business days after our warehouse receives your package for a refund to be processed to your credit card. For orders paid with an electronic check, we will mail a refund check via First Class Mail within 14 business days.
· This time does not include the time it takes for the item to be returned to our warehouse or the time involved to process a claim.

We always use encryption technology that is standard in the industry when receiving and transferring consumer information exchanged with our sites.

Refunds for items returned within thirty days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment type.
